Talking to PTI Videos NAREDCO Mahi President Smita Patil said, "NAREDCO Mahi is putting all efforts to bring more and more women into the real estate sector." He highlighted that India is already short of 2 million skilled construction workers, a gap that could widen to 5 million in the next four years.
